Having the chance to receive privileged and individual teachings, I have been transmitting in the same direction since 2019. When my life took another turn in 2016, holistic personal development gave me the keys to heal physical and mental injuries and explore the freedom to Be.
In my travels around the world, I have individually transmitted Reiki, meditation and pranayama through Buddhist guidance. Back in France, after having followed several Hatha yoga training courses, in particular a private one with a yoga master from Vedanta Sivananda, I introduced it into personal support.

This is how we can discuss your desires, your needs, your ailments to report or even your expectations in the context of your private yoga class. This is what will help me create a completely personalized yoga class for you.
I will see you in my place or directly to your home. By this way, you benefit from a significant saving of time and organization as part of your yoga practice. In the calm of your home, it may also seem easier to immerse yourself in the state of concentration induced by a yoga class. As with any yoga class, we will practice around yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation and yoga philosophy.
As part of a private yoga class, we can also work in more detail on a posture or a specific exercise or an area of your body.
Thanks to my experience, I offer you various tools, ideas or tips so that you can progress and take more pleasure in practicing yoga. The opportunity for you to benefit from a more global perspective and a deeper understanding of the practice of yoga.
Although it is recommended to have your own yoga mat, I am able to lend you a yoga mat as part of your yoga classes.

Yoga teacher and spiritual coach, teaching small group classes at retreats as well as private yoga classes. Today I seek to pass on to my students what yoga has brought me : a powerful reconnection between body and mind. Enough to live a more harmonious existence by opening your own path in life.
As a discipline leading to knowledge of the Self, yoga is now my path to a freer, more authentic and above all more accomplished existence. Like an inner exploration, it guides me to my own encounter. A daily practice that brings me more peace, awareness and alignment with myself.
Together, we will discover your own practice, yourselves and towards realizing your full potential. My yoga classes are for everyone. So, I always suggest performing the postures according to different variations. Everyone will therefore be able to adjust their session according to their abilities, their feelings and their own pace.
