Day 2
root chakra - earth Element
I am strong and stable.
The root chakra Mulhadara, located at the base of the spine is characterized by the emotions of survival, stability, ambition and self-sufficiency. This first chakra is connected to the earth element.
Grounding is the practice of literally connecting your body to the earth through postures that activate the lower body. The feet, legs and base are solicited folds. This “grounding” can reduce inflammation levels, strengthen the immune system, help wounds heal faster, and gently treat chronic inflammatory conditions.
When we are connected to the Earth there is a palpable connection to the center of ourselves and the center of all things. In balance with earth energy we understand which activities and experiences are nourishing, as opposed to which ones temporarily fill a desire. When out of balance we typically do not nurture and nourish ourselves and can experience a sense of emptiness and an insatiable desire to fill a void.
Represented by the Stomach and Spleen, the earth element is a reservoir for food and water. An Earth element practice supports the optimal functioning of the stomach meridian, lengthening and lubricating the connective tissue along the abdomen, groin and thighs.

DAY 3
Sacral chakra - water element
I am creative being with unlimited potential.
The Svadhishthana chakra, the sacral chakra is located around the lower belly and represents fluidity, femininity, sensuality, joy, an ability to ‘go with the flow’, freedom, as well as the power of creativity. Every time we connect to water and raise its energy within us, we also enhance these qualities in our minds and bodies.
The water element allows for adaptation to all of life’s changes, challenges and stresses. Balanced water energy empowers us to govern emotions, rather than letting emotions govern us. An imbalance in water energy may result in reactivity and a perpetual state of emotional responsiveness. This continuous build-up of stress puts strain on the adrenal glands and nervous system.
Represented by the kidneys, the water element governs all of life’s processes from birth onwards. It is essential for growth and maintenance of general vitality, youthfulness and sexuality. The water element emphasises vitality support promoting an uninterrupted flow of blood and Qi.

DAY 4
Solar Plexus Chakra- FIRE ELEMENT
I am powerful and I can handle anything.
The Manipura chakra located at the level of the solar plexus, between the navel and the bottom of the rib cage. It is characterized by emotions like ego, anger and aggression. It’s also represented as the fire of kundalini energy which signifies our inner strength when is balanced. By balancing this chakra, we feel more energetic, confident, productive and powerful.
The Fire element is in balance, fire types are loving, spontaneous and joyful. Life is full of laughter, fun and creativity. The yin meridians of the fire element relate strongly to touch, intimacy and connection. It’s through touch that we affirm friendship, give, receive and share. An excess of fire can manifest fear whereas deficiencies may manifest as anxiety, agitation, and a lack of compassion. Fire imbalances can be addressed by being more present with our thoughts and emotions and focusing on loving-kindness and compassion.
Represented by the heart and small intestines, the fire element controls circulation and feelings of emotional harmony. A fire element practice promotes feelings of acceptance.

DAY 5
heart chakra - air ELEMENT
I love myself. I am as I am meant to be.
The Anahata chakra is located in the heart region. This chakra triggers a flowing form of Prana (or life force) and opens the door to our inner soul. When balanced, it provides a feeling of immense joy and abundant energy. The air element is directly linked to Anahata (the heart chakra) and the sense of touch. Often considered the place where the soul resides, the heart is a place where we might consider our life energy to be contained.
The heart meridian originates in the heart. It is about our connection to ourselves and our bodies. Feeling at home in your body and feeling grounded. The heart meridian is also the feeling of connection to our environment. Be part of nature. Do you take time just to “be” in nature?
The Air element governs our ability to take in life, absorb what is good for us and let go of the rest, making space for the new. If there is an imbalance we have unrealistic, rigid expectations of ourselves and others, sometimes this is demonstrated in difficulty in letting go of emotional pain and dealing with grief.
Represented by the lungs, the air element controls respiration and feelings of openness and freedom. This element practice supports the lungs in their optimal functioning, inhales beckon the kinetics of the system to consolidate, then exhales support a letting go and a clearing out.

DAY 6
THROAT CHAKRA - SPACE ELEMENT
I speak and live my truth.
The Visuddha chakra is located at the base of the throat, coinciding with the thyroid gland. It is associated with inspiration, healthy expression, faith and the ability to communicate well. When this chakra is balanced, it allows for creativity, positive self-expression, constructive communication and a sense of satisfaction. It is intimately linked to our ability to speak and be heard, but also our ability to truly listen.
This chakra is about self-expression, speaking honestly and openly, and knowing that our voice matters.Blockages in the throat chakra may manifest in our being overly shy or experiencing chronic throat soreness. We may also be afraid to sing in public and feel as though we have to hold back from expressing ourselves fully. To encourage more energy flow throughout this vital space, it’s important to practice speaking the truth.
The Space element is moving from the stability of the earth, through the flow of water, to the passion of fire and the lightness of air, we reach the element that makes everything else possible: space. It’s both nothing and everything. It is calm, but it is precisely what makes all movement and all life possible. The space element is the most subtle of all elements. In our body we can recognize the element of space literally anywhere there is space such as the sinus cavities which allow our voices to resonate, the space in the lungs which fills with air and the space in the stomach before a meal.

DAY 7
THIRD EYE & CROWN
I am open, intuitive and I surrender to the wisdom of consciousness.
The Ajna chakra is located between the eyebrows. Also known as the third eye chakra, it is often used as a focal point during asana practice and meditation to develop concentration and awareness.
When this chakra is active and balanced, a person feels more vibrant and confident, both spiritually and emotionally. In the absence of the fear of death, one becomes one's own master and remains free from all attachment to material things.
The crown chakra, Sahastrara, is located at the top of the head. It is the center of spirituality, enlightenment, thought and the inner flow of wisdom. A balanced crown chakra promotes spiritual understanding, inner peace, and a clear perspective on the world.
On this final day of practice, we focus on developing spirituality and self-awareness through meditation, mantra and nidra. During this last class you will learn to use the mala according to Tibetan Buddhism as a healing tool. A necklace made of 108 beads or bracelet of 21 beads, used as a support for meditation will be offered to you.
