An ancient technique, Balinese massage uses a variety of techniques including skin rolling, kneading and stroking, acupressure and reflexology.

The Reiki is a type of energy healing. According to practitioners, energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Reiki improve the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness. 

During the session, the hands take place on different parts of the body, using sacred symbols and sounds to transmit the universal energy. It is a method close to acupuncture, since I work on the energy channels and centers, called chakra. This Japanese technique allows the vital force to awaken, acting on the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual levels.

Essential oils are a product of the earth. They come directly from the plant itself and are in fact the pure essence of its earthy medicine. They possess a variety of properties that help heal emotional, mental and physical conditions and challenges in the body.

The different properties they possess act in different ways on the nervous system. Some tone the system, others calm it. This means you can use essential oils for both energizing and relaxing purposes. Some of the most common uses for essential oils are for sleep and general relaxation, stress, tension, and headaches. Also, they are used by athletes to increase respiratory capacity for preparation for exercise or recovery.

Yin yoga is a practice which particularly aims to make energy circulate freely in the body by stimulating the energy meridians. Yin aroma uses plants and acupressure to further vitalize the body. The essence of the plant is used on specific acupoints which are stimulated by massaging them with our hands.

For example, people with anxiety can reduce their anxiety by using bergamot essential oil which is super soothing by massaging the Shen Men ear point. As for surfers, they can use Lemongrass which can soothe muscle pain to release tension in the neck and shoulders by massaging the GB21 point.
