We believe students learn best in small groups, so instructors can accommodate individual needs and skill levels. The surf lessons are suitable for different levels of experience, from beginners to more advanced surfers. The instructors will take their time to explain the theory and practice of the skills. They will provide you with all the necessary equipment and a wetsuit. They can adapt the classes for longboard and bodyboard enthusiasts.
Hatha yoga practice focuses on core strength and balance, which has great benefits for surfing. Yin yoga focuses on relaxing and loosening the muscles to relax and stretch the body after surfing. Each class is a challenge where you will develop your mental and physical strength. Sun salutations are a great way to strengthen the arms and chest before surfing, while forward bends and twists are a great way to loosen up the body after a day of surfing.
